I have been working out with Kat for almost 20 years. She has helped me stay active and strong and be able to play competitive sports into my 70s. I love the way she varies the workouts and gets all parts of your body involved, while accommodating those old injuries and sore places. Her knowledge is impressive and she is able to balance the right level of friendly motivation without pushing too hard. Since the pandemic, we have been doing our sessions on line and she has adapted everything to a simple home gym, with free weights and bands. The workouts are productive and enjoyable!
