Our environment is non-competitive, non-intimidating and very private.  We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. 

Gym Memberships


Limited gym memberships available. A membership at Bodyworks is like having your own private neighborhood gym! Bodyworks members have key access to the facility anytime on weekends and on weekdays, early mornings and afternoons until late into the evening. Current evidence clearly indicates that participation in a regular exercise program is an effective way to reduce and/or prevent a number of the functional declines associated with aging. Older adults have the ability to adapt and respond to both endurance and strength training.

Core Strength

A true core strength training program not only uses your abs but also activates all the muscles stabilizing the spine, hips, and pelvis. There isn’t really a technical definition for core strength training but we consider it to be a program that includes components of balance & stability, abdominal and lower back work, and all the muscles of the trunk.

Specific Medical Conditions

Exercise is essential for maintaining  good health and the benefits are limitless when handling medical conditions. Exercise is not only useful for helping you lose weight, maintaining a healthy body weight, and making you feel good, but can also help you feel stronger and healthier.  

Sport Specific Training

Sport Specific Training is a fitness regimen of simulating movement or exercise in the gym with the intention of it transferring to the playing field. Training programs for athletic performance enhancement include areas such as strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility and agility. Each focusing on the clients sport-specific needs.

TRX Suspension Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Flexibility and Balance

Tight muscles can contribute to back pain or difficulty performing simple tasks, such as putting objects into overhead cupboards. While poor balance is known to increase the risk of falls in older persons. Problems with tripping or falling often indicate difficulty with balance.
